Our Story

New You was founded in Longview on a simple but meaningful belief: people deserve a place where they can pursue change without judgment, pressure, or unrealistic promises. The practice was created for people who may have spent years prioritizing everyone else, tried approaches that did not fit their needs, or simply reached a point where they were ready to invest more intentionally in themselves.

Over more than five years, that vision has grown beyond any single treatment or category of care. New You brings aesthetics, wellness, weight management, hormone care, sexual wellness, and other personalized services together within one practice, allowing our team to look beyond an isolated symptom or concern. Our approach is progressive, medically guided, and grounded in the understanding that meaningful change rarely follows the exact same path for two people.

Today, New You serves communities throughout East Texas from locations in Longview and Marshall. While the practice has grown, the purpose behind it has remained personal: helping each patient reconnect with the version of themselves that feels healthy, confident, energized, and supported.

Founder, Nurse Practitioner & Laser Safety Officer

Hillary Mitchell, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, LSO founded New You with a background spanning family practice, psychiatric and mental health care, clinical leadership, and aesthetics. Her special areas of focus include non-surgical neck restoration, facial fillers, sexual wellness procedures, and regenerative procedures.

Her approach reflects the philosophy at the heart of New You: understand the person sitting in front of you before deciding what treatment makes sense.

Rooted in the Communities We Serve

New You’s connection to East Texas extends beyond the walls of the practice. The team supports local organizations and initiatives that address needs ranging from childhood cancer to hunger and resources for young adults transitioning out of foster care.

New You has supported the Blessing Box in Marshall, Brock’s Blessing, and efforts to provide cooking utensils and appliances to former foster children. The practice’s broader community involvement has also included sponsorship of Rueggenfest in Marshall and LYSA Softball.

Little expensive but worth it to have everything taken care of at one place. With others you have to pay for labs and get them done somewhere else and no one to talk to about my concerns. I’m not sure what to book. What should I schedule?

You do not need to know exactly which treatment you need before contacting us. Tell our team what you would like to improve, and we can help guide you toward the appropriate consultation or appointment.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment online or call New You at 903-212-0556. If you are unsure which appointment type to select, our team can help point you in the right direction.

Do you accept insurance?

New You is primarily a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance for office visits, treatments, or services. When appropriate, medications may be prescribed through an outside pharmacy where insurance can potentially be used, although prescription coverage depends on your individual plan and is not guaranteed.

New You accepts HSA and FSA cards for eligible services, and the team can review pricing with you before treatment so you understand what to expect.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes. New You offers Cherry Pay, CareCredit, and Afterpay as payment or financing options. Eligibility and available terms may vary by provider or financing platform.

Are consultations included in treatment pricing?

Yes. Consultations are included in treatment pricing at New You.

Can I receive multiple services during the same visit?

Yes. Depending on the services being considered and what is appropriate for you, multiple services may be provided during the same visit.

Do you offer virtual appointments?

Yes. New You offers virtual visits Monday through Friday for care that can appropriately be provided virtually.

Is treatment customized to each patient?

Absolutely. New You does not believe in one-size-fits-all care. Treatment plans are developed around your symptoms, health history, lab results, goals, and individual needs, with adjustments made over time according to how you are responding.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

We respect the time our patients set aside for their care, and we ask for the same consideration for our providers and team. A valid card is required on file for all bookings, and fees may apply when an appointment is changed with short notice or missed entirely.

For in-clinic appointments, rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance does not incur a fee. Rescheduling within 24 hours carries a $25 fee, while a missed appointment results in a $50 no-show fee. Aesthetic appointments rescheduled within 24 hours are also subject to the $25 fee, with a $50 fee for no-shows.

For virtual appointments, deposits are collected 48 business hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations must be received at least 48 business hours beforehand to avoid forfeiting the deposit. Rescheduling within 24 hours carries a $25 fee, and virtual appointment no-shows are subject to a $50 fee.

These policies help protect appointment availability and the time our providers and staff reserve specifically for each patient. We appreciate advance notice whenever plans change and your consideration for the team members who have prepared for your visit.
