Personalized Weight Loss Plans
Family Owned and Operated in Texas and South Dakota
As weight loss specialists, our main focus is helping you get back to feeling good in your own body. Most plans consist of prescription weight loss medication along with diet, activity, and lifestyle counseling to help set you up for success. Our owner is double certified in family medicine and psychiatry, so she can really help you understand the physical and psychological reasons for weight gain. Both pieces typically need to be addressed to help you understand your habits and succeed.
The same approach does not work for every person. This is something we know from helping patients lose weight all day. Our weight loss center will work with you to create a custom program that will meet your specific needs and goals. There is no one size fits all plan. Each plan is developed with the individual patient in mind. A thorough analysis of your health and reasons for weight gain is performed to help you lose weight.
While diet and exercise are the cornerstones of all successful weight loss programs, prescription medications can help jump start the weight loss, or help control cravings and impulse eating. We design a weight loss medicine plan that is unique for you! This is not a one size fits all program. We have over 20 different medications we can use for weight loss and are trained in how to appropraitely utilize these medications in the best combinations to help you succeed.
Semaglutide has become a stand-out option in the world of weight management, showing great potential for people looking to find effective ways to tackle their weight loss objectives. Semaglutide treatments are given subcutaneously by our experienced and trained medical professionals.
As men age, it’s natural to lose strength, energy, and libido. In the past, these symptoms were an unavoidable part of getting older — however, today science has found a way to slow down the aging process and restore youthful functionality, giving men of every age an opportunity to live their best life. The secret is rebalancing the body’s hormones.
For many women, hormone therapy is an effective solution for moderate to severe menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, brain fog, and much more. By creating a unique bio-identical hormone therapy program, these symptoms are much improved, and other imbalances that cause issues like adrenal fatigue, thyroid disorders, PMS, and peri-menopause are also reversed.

" I had lost 20-25lbs since starting semaglutide about 5 months ago.. I absolutely love this medicine. Not only have I lost weight, but I feel so much better. My joints don’t ache, my clothes fit better (or are too big) and I have more energy. It’s not like other medicines for weight loss that give you the boost of energy then fatigue once it’s out of your system. This medicine truly works on appetite control and there’s no high/low to it. Super excited about this medicine! I would like to lose 20 more lbs. "
